Bookings and Payment of School Meals
Our school aims to be a cashless school. Arbor is the school’s management information system we use to make bookings and payments. You are able to view your child's attendance, update your contact details, make and pay for bookings of school meals, clubs, trips and wrap around care.
All payments and bookings for school meals, breakfast & after school club and trips should be made using Arbor. You will have access to your account to do all of this via the Arbor parent portal and/or App. Parents/carers can also select their meal choices within the Arbor App or the online Parent Portal.
For further details or if are not already using Arbor, please contact the office

Packed Lunches
Children also have the option of bringing a packed lunch to school. We ask parents to send healthy lunches every day. Please note for reasons of safety fizzy/energy drinks/glass bottles are not permitted in packed lunches.
Food Intolerances & Allergies
If a child has a known food intolerance e.g. gluten, or an allergy to a specific food e.g. nuts, it is vital the school is kept informed. In the first instance parents should speak to the school office staff who will ensure that the child’s information is circulated to the necessary staff and the school cook.
It can also be arranged for the parent to speak to the school cook as in most cases they will be able to cater for a child’s specific needs without them requiring a totally different meal to the other children.
It is also important that all staff are aware of any intolerances/allergies as the child may be involved in cooking or an activity involving food during the school day
